Our “Managed Hosting” is not your typical, cheap hosting package, but a full scale Site Maintenance package. We not only build your site, but we keep your site running 24/7 with 99.9% up time and unlimited disk space and bandwidth (includes up to one hour of support each month).
Our Managed Hosting & Maintenance Features Include:
– Website status check every 15 minutes (to minimize down time)
– Improved SEO ranking due to maximum website up time
– Cutting-edge website security (to protect against hackers)
– Blocking of IP addresses used for repeated false login attempts
– Website owner can elect to block certain countries
– All software regularly updated to the latest version
– Weekly backups of website and cpanel
– Each backup is saved for 3 weeks, with important ones saved forever
– One minor change to site content per month (under one hour)
– Annual renewal of your domain name (if applicable)
– Hosting of your domain (if applicable) on our reliable server
What you’ll pay…
There will be an ongoing monthly maintenance fee of $97 per month, beginning 30 days from the date you hire us to create your site. This covers our time and expense to monitor your site and ensure that it continues to function properly so that you don’t lose business.
What you can expect…
If this is your first website, we will build your new site directly inside your own domain and host it on our server. We’ll even buy the domain name for you if you don’t already own one.
If you are replacing an existing site, we will build your new site on our own server so that your existing site can remain active until the new site is ready. Once the new site is completed to your liking, we will upload it to your domain to replace the old site. Your domain hosting will also be moved to our reliable server (for no additional charge) unless you prefer to keep your existing web host.
Our managed hosting service begins at the time you initially hire us to create a website for you, even if we are perfecting the new site inside our own domain before moving it to your domain. We are monitoring and protecting your new site from the very first moment of its existence, whether on our domain or on yours. However, you will not be charged for the managed hosting until 30 days from the date that you hire us. Obviously, if you’ve chosen to stay with a different web host, we will not be charging you for managed hosting at all, only for building the site.
